IGBT Modules 6-Pack
The 6-Pack is a product that integrates a 3-phase inverter circuit into a single module, making it possible to create a compact design for the main circuit. Solder and solderless terminals are available for connection to the module terminal and the printed circuit board. EconoPACK™+ separates the DC input and AC output terminals to both sides, and it makes it possible to create a compact design for large capacity 3-phase inverter circuits.
